The Ultimate Travel Journalism Course tutorials and assignments were engaging. I learned the rudiments of travel journalism and paid attention to details regarding photography. Meeting weekly self-set deadlines was tough, but the course allowed me to understand how resilient I was even when some feedback was demanding (these deadlines were not a requirement of the College, but I wanted to challenge myself).
The weekly notes and feedback from Daniel Scott, my seasoned journalist tutor kept me on my toes throughout the program.
As a result, my work has been published in Africa. I plan to continue to write and publish more exciting travel stories.
The Ultimate Travel Journalism Course is invaluable to freelancers, upcoming journalists, and natural travellers. The course delivers on its promise, so I have no reservations about recommending it to anyone eager to know more about travel journalism. Undoubtedly, the British College of Journalism is the right place to be!
